The tasting we had over memorial day weekend was memorable. It was our first stop and probably our best. The owner gave us the full low down on his wineries and the neighboring ones. The wines were great, and the olive oils were delicious as well. Great hidden gem in Clear Lake. Don't skip it.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. The place looked deserted, but there was a number on the door to call and we had service a minute later. Every one of the wines was to my taste, with plenty of fruit and soft tannins. We bought a mixed case. The gentleman pouring gave excellent conversation and answered all our questions thoroughly. We will be back.

I’ve visited Rosa D’Oro winery a few times and it was a good experience. But the most of all, their wine isn’t disappointing at all. On the other hand, the wine has a distinct taste from other wine makers in the area. I really like Rosa D’Oro wine. The reds are very smooth and tasty. I’ve bought dinner reds and dessert wine from them. Although, I haven’t been there for the past a few years because they are far from me, I’m thinking going there to taste wine again (hoping it is as good as it was before) and restock my wine bar.
