Country Style - Kawartha Lakes

Last weekend, I visited Country Style to grab some gas, tea, and donuts, and I was really impressed by an employee named Tammy. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing excellent and speedy customer service. Interacting with her was a genuinely delightful experience.

The woman who prepared my sandwich was extremely rude and clearly didn't have any customer service skills; it felt like she really disliked her job. I won't be coming back for a sandwich if she's working. Furthermore, they were rather stingy with the toppings.

This morning, the woman working there was quite rude. When I approached the counter, she asked if I wanted food or just a coffee. When I mentioned I was ordering a sandwich, she rolled her eyes and said she needed to step outside to finish her cigarette first. I had a similar experience with her a few months ago, and it's disappointing because I live nearby. However, I won't be returning to this location.

The service was disappointing! I ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich but was told there was no bacon available, despite the fact that I could clearly see some.

I walked in and ordered a large coffee with two creamers in a double cup, a medium black coffee with half a sugar in a double cup, a large French vanilla cappuccino, and a muffin. Unfortunately, she only got two of the items correct, and both coffees were wrong. To make things worse, she was quite rude while I was placing my order. If she’s there on my next visit, I might just leave and wait until I'm in Lindsay or Oshawa to get my drink instead.
