Karridale Crossroads General Store

After finding that the restaurants at our last two stops were closed, we stumbled upon a small café in a store. They had a variety of cakes, rolls, and other treats on display. We ordered a coffee and lunch roll, while my wife chose a piece of carrot cake. The food was fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced, and the service was friendly. It was a simple yet satisfying experience.

I was very hungry when I went through this location last week, so called in a taste their home made cakes and they were very delicious. Please recommend when you drive.

Ordered a veggie wrap by phone from Augusta and it was ready for us when we were there. Sooo delicious with warm flavor, cheese and salads. Served with a friendly smile. Would definitely recommend their food (her Thai green curry pie is the BEST...too). Thank you. Pears Nat

On the Bussell Hwy to/from Augusta this petrol stop cum general store is a deceiving gem. The pies and sausage rolls are simply amazing, house prepared. I'm a sausage roll connoisseur !! and here gets 5 stars. Top quality meats for sure as they also...do amazing biltong natural the only producer allowed for no preservatives and additives. Essentially stopped for coffee and the rest followed. Good coffee too. Family run and laid back so expect simple courteous service.
