Good ambience. You do not have to reserve. Lots of parking. The staff is friendly and helpful, and for the breakfast buffet the staff is definitely better than other 5 star hotels. The employees told on their own what is available on their live desk....They themselves offered to bring items and were also promptly in providing tea and coffee without our request. The place is very picturesque and has the appearance of a heritage. The lobby is beautiful with furniture from the heritage. No crazy crowd. In buffet breakfast, in bakery articles, they had only one choice for strict vegetarians, that is Brownie. They can improve that.
