Embassy Restaurant - Karnāl

We hosted a party in the banquet hall above this restaurant. The food was good, however, the service was extremely poor. The orders took a long time to arrive and many requested items like water and salt were not brought to us. The party took place at night, so we didn't check the bill thoroughly after the meal. Later, we realized that Green Salad was on the bill but was never served to us. When we brought up these issues to the owner, he was defensive and did not apologize. He even justified the poorly cooked chicken by saying that it should be partly uncooked for better taste. I am giving this restaurant a low rating due to the lack of integrity displayed by the owner.

I regularly visit this restaurant because the food is of the best quality and the taste is amazing. The owner is great, and I especially enjoyed the cream chicken dish.

I have dined at this restaurant many times and the food is consistently delicious. My favorite dish was always the Embassy's special chicken.

This restaurant is more famous for quality ingredients than the taste . Owner is a good man with good quality of food ingredients but taste and cooks are average .

We arranged for a party here in the above hall. The food was good but the service was utterly horrible. Whatever was being ordered took so long to come. Many of the items like water, salt, etc. were not being brought even when asked for. The party was in the night time so, after the meal we did not even bother to read what was in the bill but later we found Green Salad was added in it which was not even served to us. In addition, when the owner was informed about the flaws, he was justifying rather than accepting and apologizing for them. For example, when we said that the chicken was not cooked well, he replied so what eat it, chicken should be partly uncooked otherwise it does not taste good. I am rating this hotel as poor just because of the lack of morality in the owner.
