Alma Ethno Cafe - Karakol

I have eaten three times this week in alma ethno cafe here in karakol. eating is excellent with a great selection of Kyrgyz dressed and the portions are huge. but the special thing about this place is that they are so friendly and welcoming. they now have a menu in English. I recommend the gulchatay on talas, but all I tried was very good.

Great place. English menus. We ate here twice during our stay in Karakol. Bathroom is clean and service was very good. Only Hiccup was when we ordered the carving that took a very long time. Food was delicious and no belly problems! Portion sizes were very generous. One of the best meals we had on our trip.

It's a café and a restorer. Very cozy atmosphere, delicious food and excellent service. My favorite food is the Lavash Kebab

Tasty meals, especially their fried lagman, steaks and salads. Good prices and very friendly and helpful staff. If I ever come back to Karakol I will visit this restaurant again for sure. Also the steak in this restaurant is a real steak and not a cutlet like in other restaurants in Karakol :D.
