Wendy's - Kansas

Went through drive through but did not receive my full order. No big deal, nobody's perfect. Returned in store to ask for missing items and the person at the front recognized me, knew the issue and gave me the missing items (made fresh) along with an additional frosty on the house. I hardly even had to even say a word. Staff was apologetic and did their part to make it right. Very appreciated!

Incompetent staff and worse management. Three people were standing around one register trying to figure out how to work it while the line backed up out the door.

This location has really stepped their game up, fries are better than they have ever been, it even fair to say that they have destroyed their local competition

Good food and friendly but no one new how to restock soda machines

Food was good. The lobby still wasn't open after 40 minutes after posted time. The kids wanted the French toasted sticks so we went through the drive thru. That took for ever. The good was hot and tasty so that bumped it to three stars.
