Chick-fil-a - Kansas

This is the second time we have had a major screw up with an order at this location. Today, spent almost $32 on three simple lunches…told at the window, “that’s everything!” Only to come home and find one of the meals missing! You can never get in that place without a wait either inside or drive through. NEVER doing business with them again!

Literally drive thrus always full with loads of people and you still serve cold fries??? They take 2 minutes to fry why can’t you guys ever serve fresh fries goodness, I wish Dan Cathy were still alive, standards are so low at cfa these days

It's what you expect from a chic fil a. Service is excellent and food is always good.

Exceptional service! I've never seen fast food employees as cheerful and happy to be working as I did on my visit to this restaurant. Goes to show what an amazing management team and company this is. Food is a bit more expensive than nearby options but the quality is well worth it in my opinion.

The food was delicious, as usual. There were a couple of items that didn't get delivered with the rest, but they fixed the problem quickly. The quality of the food far outweighed the inconvenience.
