Olive Garden Italian - Kansas City

Great food for a decent price. I ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonara and my brother ordered the Asiago tortellini Alfredo with grilled chicken. We came, we ate, and we had a good time. Our waitress was nice and took care of us. We brought home leftovers and extra breadsticks.

Y’all been slacking on the breadsticks and that’s THE MAIN COURSE! They hard (overcooked) and hardly any garlic or butter on top. Love y’all but pick up the slack where it matters the most please!!! The breadsticks!!!

They simply keep doing a great job. I've been getting togo orders for a while; never wrong. Always on time. Pleasant every single time. They earned their five stars; the staff are excellent and online interface does good.

Child puked on the floor on the way to the bathroom in the waiting area and the staff took over 10 15 minutes to pick it up and all they did was dump powder on it and sweep it up and did no disinfecting. When we left 30 minutes later some powder was still left on the floor. Food was okay lasagna wasn’t very good was super dry and breadsticks were cold. Only good thing was the waitress.

Food was ok, server was a bit forgetful. Quality of food has gotten worse....
