Contribuiți la feedbackI got off at Agori Station and met up with my parents. We were looking forward to eating ramen together, so we went by car to a ramen restaurant near the newly opened Aeon Mall. As it is a rural area, the menu cover saying "Osaka" was a bit surprising. I had thought Makotoya was in Hyogo Prefecture, as I had visited before in Sayo-cho. The ramen options were pork bone soy sauce and chicken bone soy sauce. The recommended dish from my dad was the chicken bone soy sauce ramen. The three of us enjoyed the ramen, which was light and delicious. The staff at the restaurant were also very friendly.
I visited this restaurant for the first time in years, haha. One of the highlights of this place is the beef bone white soup ramen made with beef bone broth. Personally, I have been frequenting ramen shops in the central part of Tottori Prefecture, such as Kaimidoku, which serve beef bone ramen, but I mistakenly thought I could also find it locally. After the embarrassment of a big misunderstanding, I was hesitant to visit for a while ^ ^; The completely opposite beef bone white soup is quite creamy with a unique richness of beef bone and a punchy deliciousness with a hint of sweetness that is not overwhelming. The thickly sliced char siu has a strong flavor, and being able to top it with fried garlic for free is also a nice touch. Among ramen chains aiming for nationwide expansion, I think this shop stands out as a standout honor student with a unique personality.
When I visited the Nagai store in Osaka for the first time, I really liked the Gyujan ramen, so I wanted to eat it again and looked it up... I found out that there is no store in Himeji, and the closest one from home is 20km away in Kamikori, with the other options being 29km away in Sayo or Harima-cho. It's not a huge distance, but it's quite a bother. Today is my eagerly awaited second visit to Makoto-ya and my first time at the Kamikori store. I ordered the Gyujan ramen with a gyoza set and extra-large free rice. The Gyujan ramen is still creamy and flavorful, without being too heavy, and very delicious. The gyoza is quite light but makes a good side dish with rice. The free spicy pickled vegetables are not spicy enough, but adding some chili oil makes it even tastier. The extra-large rice seems to be about double the regular portion. My wife, who had the Torijan ramen last time, was also satisfied with the Gyujan ramen this time.
ラーメン焼飯とても美味しかったです。 ですが、特に高菜!これがあれば白米三杯はいける!
