I went to Erin McKennas when it first opened and loved it. I was very disappointed this time. The baked goods tasted like they were a week old at least. Hard. Kind of a weird… turmeric like taste. Not fresh. Especially for price. It’s so sad when companies loose their integrity

My husband and I are being customers since 2018. Each time for bd's we buying chocolate and vanilla brownie cupcakes here which are incredibly tasty and most important vegan. Yesterday we came to buy cupcakes for my husband's birthday and got some attitude from one of an employee who claimed there was no brownie cupcakes for sale when at least 20 of them were clearly in the display case. I felt very unwelcome because she kept questioning our order several times like she didn't want to sell them. Most likely will order online from now.
