Croqué - Kalkbaai iNingizimu Afrika

They got some really great things going on here and I'm glad I discovered them! From France to L.A. these sandwiches are a hit! And don't judge a book by its cover either because these sandwich's make look small but they are super filling! There's a lot of variety you can choose from and they sometimes switch up with different special edition limited time sandwiches! So far I've been here a few times and tried out almost their entire lineup and There's absolutely zero complaints from me. Whatever you're feeling in the mood for, Croque has you covered. And they stay busy busy out of here so if the wait time is a little long just know that it's going to be well worth it once you bite into your sandwich. Don't ask me to pick a favorite I'm not ready to admit that yet hahaha but for the first timer visiting, You can't and won't go wrong with either the Croque Madame or the Truffle! Bon appétit.

Located inside Melrose Food Co. Seating area is very pretty. SANDWICHES ARE LEGENDARY!! Totally recommend the GOAT, Truffle and Madame Croque super super delicious high quality ingredients!! MUST TRY!! Desserts are from the famous ID Eclair. LA TRUE GEM!! DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK!!

LOVE the concept here! I did the DineLA lunch special which included a Croque Monsieur, the Beef Fat Fries, and a French sparkling lemonade. It satisfied a craving I didn't even know I had! I didn't get to try the homemade mayonnaise because I opted for the spicy croque sauce, which I absolutely loved. The reason I'm not giving it a perfect 5 stars is because the prices are fairly steep I'm not sure I could've justified the prices of Croque for a lunch spot if I didn't catch the last day of DineLA. The ghost kitchen set up is cute, but made it a little challenging to communicate upon my arrival. I ordered directly on the Croque website, but everything inside was set up to accommodate pretty much every platform except for direct ordering. No one I spoke to could locate my order and I had to call Croque despite standing inside the ghost kitchen location. Once they work out the kinks, it seems like a promising restaurant.

Hands down, this is the place to get some of the best sandwiches in town! I mean, the cheese pull on these sandwiches is just extreme. It is just too good to not notice! The ingredients and toppings used in these sandwiches are simply over the top. Very hard to describe through a written review. Even though this is simply a ghost kitchen, it definitely carries some weight in terms of quality and satisfaction!

Plenty of time to enjoy this one-of-kind and first-of-its-kind amazing eatery.I dined outdoors after having my food brought out to me curbside pickup style with amazing service. The Woodstock Croque Monsieur, Sweet Potatoes Gauffrettes and Chocolat mon Amour (by ID eclair) all being my muse. The Chocolat mon amour c'est magnifique and the edible cookie spoon sends you over the moon.Really impressed with the pepper and flavor of the Gauffrettes and the Charcoal Soft Bread vegan morsel otherwise known as Woodstock, ironically the best peanuts character as well as music festival gathering of all time. Nice name for a great sandwich.Completely plastic-free this plant-based and eco-friendly joint has plenty of street parking nearby.All the desserts are vegan as well as gluten-free making them enjoyable for all!Definitely stop by for a Bonjour, not to mention good food and excellent service!
