Sweetwater's Donut Mill - Kalamazoo

Wow, I can't emphasize this enough: Wow! This place serves some of the best donuts I've ever tasted. The coffee was exceptional as well. The interior is spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly. If you're a fisherman heading out early in the morning, this is the perfect stop. They have a spacious parking lot in the back, making it easy to maneuver your boat in and out. The same goes for RVs. And if you're driving a tractor trailer—provided you're not oversized—you'll have no trouble getting in here either. It's just two blocks from the interstate, so access is a breeze. Check out the pictures I posted; they really do have some amazing offerings!

I went undercover in 2 of the Sweetwaters stores. The quality of donut here is beyond great. However, the management, Trish, is very rude and unconcerned with her employees safety, possible mental health issues or personal hygiene issues. The only concern she seems to have is selling donuts. Employees are only given a 10% discount and the mice and Flies in back are terrible. Tregg, Trish's son, runs the Sprinkle store and does a phenomenal job. Trish, however, runs the Stadium store, needs to be replaced. Her regards for her employees are terrible. Billy, the owner, needs to take note.

I just had a wonderful drive-through experience! At 8:45 AM May 6, 2023! The gentleman working the window was extremely polite and efficient! I was slightly confusing when placing my order but he got it all figured out and just want to thank him and let him know he made my day! I can’t wait to share these delicious donuts with all of the junior and senior girls getting ready for prom today at my salon suite!

The people working here are very dedicated and polite. The fact that they are well staffed and bright eyed when I walk in before 6 AM says a lot about this business. Not to mention the Mother's day cards they gave out the Friday before was much appreciated. Oh!! Their donuts are the best you'll get in the area. There is something fresh for everyone.
