Outback Steakhouse - Kalamazoo

Went last night for the steak lobster special. Outback runs this special every few months and we always try to make it when they do. I gave 4 stars because the price is higher every time we go. I know prices go up but every time? It’s still a good deal though for a 6 oz sirloin and small lobster tail with 1 side. $16.99 this time. I give 5 stars to our Superstar Server Samantha! She made sure we had warm bread, drinks and just all around had what we needed. We will go back again.

Wife says filet and lobster was good. I had bone in ribeye and it was nicely done as well. Service could have been a bit more attentive and I got a weak mixed drink and the wife and I both got flat bloomin blonde beers.

Everything about this place was horrible .. rude overly loud waitress.. no drinks after 20 min .. plastic silverware A manager who made excuses for everything !!

Horrible service wouldn’t even take all the empty cup an plates of the table. Got my burger asked for medium an was burnt.

It was a fantastic experience. Everything exceeded my expectations. I ordered a porterhouse that I'm still waiting for, but everything else so far has been amazing. Our waiter was excellent and it happened to be his birthday. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for me and my family.
