Contribuiți la feedbackSince I came into this practice, I have demanded that the medications of my man be refilled every month. from today, when I called into his medicaments, they said he had to talk to them to fill it again. we have signed paperwork from this ground and I had no problems today. the woman rebecca told me no one should let me refill his medication. that's funny because it's documented and his doctor has filled countless paints for me in the last 7 years. someone has to learn his job. So he's not out of medication and his doctor is out of the office. bravo
I have just moved and will be changing Doctors but I always thought this office did an excellent job.
I am deeply disappointed in this doctor office after being a patient for so long. They used to really care about their patients, but that seems to have gone away. It's become such a hassle to schedule any appointments because they're so overbooked (several months out), they say they'll fill your prescription then never do, and the doctor barely stays in the room to look you over or listen to you making you feel so insignificant.
I am unable to directly message my doctor, Jodi Wertz, and would prefer to speak with her over the phone instead of scheduling another office visit. This issue is not related to medical concerns. I am concerned that my previous messages have not been responded to, despite sending multiple tracking requests. My daughter works at a medical office in Bronson where they consistently reply to all chart messages within 24 hours, often on the same day.
The restaurant is spacious and it is easy to make a reservation, you don't have to wait 5 weeks to get a table.
