Laulima Food Patch - Kailua-Kona

Delicious, healthy, tastefully locally produced! The best of all services is filled with Aloha. I always feel so good when I eat here and not just my taste buds belly. The dishes of the chef are excellent with the best dressings (they also sell bottles) and always paired with a good amount of protein. You can also choose your own bowl with the ingredients that in the season choose your favorite dressing via a salad, noodles or rice bowl. The meal is not complete without the in-house drinks desserts. Yeah, it's not the cheapest meal. I am thinking that it is a small self-sufficiency that makes a long way for my health well-being. I wish there were more places like Laulima on Big Island!

This is my lunch when I'm in town! The staff is super friendly, Angeli and Kaitlyn are so sweet and helpful. The ulcered chickpea is an amazing protein selection and one of my favorites. Love how fresh and alive everything is. It is great to see how they work with local farmers and are connected to the community. One must remember making a few of their flattened house sauces to take these amazing flavors home. They are great on everything and make really together a great dinner to throw a breeze.

I enjoy watching the effortless way they work together to make sure everyone care, not only their customers, but also their team! I love the delicious flavors and fresh ingredients. Her Hawaiian ginger peanut sauce with rice noodles is the perfect combination. I get it with the vegan protein option of cured chickpeas and it meets every time. If I need something full, but also something good to cleanse my body and soul, I come to laulima!

Honestly Laulima is my favorite place to dine in Kona. When I left the island, I missed Laulima the most. When I come back to visit, I'll go there first. The bowls are fresh, delicious and burst with unique flavor combinations. I possessed her tsukemono. You can buy a whole glass of it. What I do. And their handmade clothes are excellent. (I had no better green goddess dressing. Both the atmosphere of the restaurant and its service are excellent. It is so delicious food you can feel good about food. They make it a priority, from local peasant friends to source!

Obsessed with the beautiful love filled food that Laulima has to offer! Whether it is filling my checked bag full of the homemade sauces or stuffing my face to my hearts content with their farm to table menu, Laulima never disappoints. Must stop in on every trip to Big Island!!!
