Sushi Cocoro - Kailua Kona

It is difficult to find good vegan sushi that goes beyond the avocado roll. We ordered the kitsune Udon with Inari, Da Buddah roll (shiitake, avo, cuc, inari), Inari nigiri, the special sweet potato tempura and Alterashi tofu. Everything was delicious. Can't wait to go back. Just tell them you're vegan. They ran out of their vegan special Ume Shiso role, which was a bummer. You also have a load more vegetarian options.
