Bianelli's Gourmet Pizza - Kailua Kona

As a local who was here many times, I can say that I will never eat here again. You cannot judge this place on old reviews, as the food and the staff is not at all what is 2 years ago. Please refer to the last year of the reviews. Is he edible? Mostly. These places have become worse and worse over time. I had left this place, but someone gave us a gift card, so we returned last week. A family of 4 couldn't finish a big pizza. That should tell the staff working there something. We didn't eat the left. Pizza is the same if not worse than a frozen pizza. Crust is not bubbly or hand tossed. You're going to take care of the season on the pizza. This time I asked to leave, hoping for a better pizza but Nope. It was so salty that I didn't finish my piece. Ravioli is no different again what you buy in the grocery store. Pasta is Bland. Customer service is also bad after waiting for a table forever, don?t expect a smile or a refill on your drink and food takes a long time to get out. They do not form or form EARN's tips. This place must fire every one from Koch to customer services and start with all new recipes and employees. You should be ashamed to tear off tourists and locals with mediocre food.

It was great to finally have a good Italian meal. The chicken parmesan was wonderful and with large thick slices of garlic butter roasted bread. The four meatball side was great with sauce. All were hot and delicious. The deep pizza with extra cheese was perfect. The May Time Wheat Eat Beer was the final touch to good meal. Nice place to eat inside or outside dining room. Bring family and friends to enjoy a special Italian meal on Big Island!

We came close to the closing time. the water tasted funny. the bathroom is around another building. it was a bit nervous to go alone at night as it was gone from everything, but no problems. the lava flow was a bit irony, but better made a new one. my ananas martini was perfect. the pizza and the white sauce lasagne was surprisingly very delicious. it's worth a visit.

Food tasted great. We were tired after the day and enjoyed our meal.

Ok?.I don?t care if pizza is not the best when traveling. I get that different regions of the country enjoy different styles of crust, sauce, etc. I do get annoyed when the pizza is put together without any care or respect for the money I had to earn to buy it. Please note the picture of the inedible pizza we ordered today. It is their famous mozzarella pie. We paid extra for onions! Please note one skimpy piece of tomato per slice. Dollops of white mozzarella were hardened to the pizza. Not good folks. If you?re going to do it?.do it right.
