Shane's Rib Shack - Kadesh

Went yesterday I spent $42.00 so my daughter ordered macroni and cheese it tasted real watery so she took it back to counter it took them 10 mins to help her exchange it for another side they acted like that was a big deal. Then the cook brought it to the table and said you picked a preference, I’m like a preference what you mean long story short she didn’t know the meaning of the word. So she mumbled a few things and walked on back to cooking the food. Well today I started throwing up yes I have food poisoning. They was a lot of eye rolling via by the staff I have never been to a place where people are so rude.

Service is good, but they need to get a better pit person; been there several times ribs are always over cooked which makes them dry. Bake beans are good.

Food is always great and fresh. The couple times my food wasn’t fresh or I didn’t like a new order I tried, there was no attitude to replace or remake my food. Every single worker there is always so quick paced but still efficient, patient with u, and super kind. George however if officially my favorite. I always see him when I come and he’s always so nice and conversational as well as personable which I love. He went out his way today to inform me abt the app and how I can accumulate points towards free foods and deserts. He also personally helped me to install the app and showed me how to navigate thru out it. He was thanking all the military ppl for their service and just had overall top tier service. Thank you so much George!

My service was horrible today!! I called in an order and was told it will be ready in 10-15 minutes. I give them 30 instead. Came in, cashed out and was told it wasn’t ready. So i waited and watched every one get their food and it wasn’t till I got up to say something for someone to assist me. Then they had a different name on my order and the order was sitting up there behind the register all along with another name on it. Then they offered to remake it so I’ll have to keep waiting. I just wanted my refund. I won’t be going back there for a while nor refer anyone!!!!!!! I’m disappointed and disgusted with this service today.
