Grill Courtepaille - Joué-lés-Tours

After a long day with a young children we decided to eat here. Compare to other similar restaurants chain has this one double the prices and a lot less choices (no kids menu). beer Anyway, we got seated and made an order....And from there.....that was it. The staff was running around looking like they were extremely busy (the place wasn’t even that full). After hour and minutes of waiting we finally managed to catch someone’s eyes. The staff didn’t speak much English so it took us a bit of explaining that we still hadn’t been served. After about minutes of more waiting a member of staff came back offering us a free meal. As it was already o’clock, we just agreed. So they brought us tiny super dry hamburgers ,for which we didn’t have to pay (if I had to, I would be very upset). It made us feel uncomfortable and upset.

Big chain of grill restaurants. Came here for diner. On a quiet evening the waitress alsof grilled the meat. Because she was occupied, the flames sometimes touched the meat resulting in a little burned meat, but the inside was perfect as we ordered. Friendly staff...and good quality for price, but nothing special.

We arrived in Tours quite late after a long drive and ended up here. really relaxing, great staff and a varied menu which we all enjoyed.

Good service and variety of grilled food with chips to suit childrens' tastes. Food is cooked in an open kitchen, so has a barbecue feel and taste. It is all mixed with the traditional French style of being served salad and bread with the meal....The premises are very modern, clean and new. Staff are very welcoming and attentive but with courses and drinks, it all adds up and is not a cheap night out

Attente interminable entre les plats (pas assez de personnel), nourriture insipide, prix trop élevé. You have to wait a long times between each course (no enough staff). Food without taste. Too expensive.
