I can't stop thinking about the salad with mango. Oh my, it's so delicious! I wonder what the dressing is—maybe mango syrup? I haven't been able to sleep for three nights just thinking about going back to Guimaras to eat that again. And don’t get me started on their palabok! My husband and I enjoyed it so much with our son; it was definitely worth it. You can really see that it has a lot of ingredients, including shrimp and other tasty additions. Hehe.
