Rock N' Roll Sushi Jonesville

This place was something else! The food was so flavorful! We?ve tried different sushi places and this is by far one of the best. The ingredients are so fresh and well presented. Can?t wait to come back and bring my kids!

Rice was undercooked and somewhat crunchy. Blends in well on sushi options with seeds, like my girlfriend had. Mine did not so it was very noticable. I've had sushi from Publix, Fuji sushi, dragonfly, ocean buffet, and many many other places, this is the only place I have ever had undercooked rice.The server gladly remade my sushi but guess what? More undercooked rice.Since then I went to rock n roll in butler plaza, and the rice was cooked perfectly.A month later my kid asks for sushi so I pull in to Tioga.... undercooked agan. Time to write the review.

Delicious food. Very flexible chef. So that aspect rating is 5 's. Music is way too loud for a restaurant this small.For the Parents of the teenage girl that was having a meltdown, in a public restaurant, best to talk about upsetting school stuff at home. Totally unacceptable to be raising her voice and crying crocodile tears.Waitress was welcoming, yet very confused. Got my order wrong twice. Before ordering I mentioned that I receive a 10% discount and she great I will put that in for you. When I didn 't see it on my receipt, she said I can 't back your receipt out. I will remember your face the next time you come in. How does that work?! First, I don 't know when she works. Is she going to give me 20% off. Will she even remember me or to do correctly. Unsure, I will be back for more chaos.

Delia was smoking and sweet! Perfect service all around. The manager Mario let me try some of the yellow tuna before making me my very own custom sushi roll which was super delicious! What a great atmosphere, paired with the service I will be back so many times!

Music can be overbearing. We came in later in evening always very cool inside. Luckily, they turned air down a little . Camille did a very nice job of serving us, and food was great!
