Contribuiți la feedbackWe ordered 4 pizzas, 3 wings (bone in) and cheesy bread. When the order was delivered, we received 3 pizzas, 1 bone in wings, 2 boneless wings and bread sticks with no cheese. We stopped the delivery driver and she called the store to let them know our order was messed up. The missing pizza was a thin crust pepperoni pizza. The driver apologized and after talking to the manager, went to get the correct items. As we waited the manager called to let us know that they do not have any more cheesy bread but would give us a $15 credit. When the driver returned, she delivered 2 boxes. We were happy that the thin-crust pizza had finally arrived. NOPE…they delivered a hand-tossed pizza!! Argh!! And the other box had CHEESY-BREAD!!! After 2 tries we never got the thin-crust pizza and didn’t get our other 2 wings. I want to say the lady that was delivering our items was great.
The app was glitchy, our pizza was made incorrectly, it took almost two hours for delivery, and I was promised a partial refund, which I still haven't received.
I was ignored when I came in and after making eye contact and saying I was there for an order they still ignored me and walked around. I had to wait 10+ min after my order was supposed to be ready. It was 3 pizzas and the first order of the day. No reason to take that long.
I ordered online from the St Patrick location and it was sent to the wrong address. I usually have it delivered to my home, but changed the address online because I was at a friend’s house, and they still sent it to my address. The manager was rude and hung up on me after stating I needed to call cooperate. I basically wasted money in this order.
It's ridiculous that they're closed on a Monday. No other Pizza huts deliver south of Omaha. I shouldn't have to pay doordash and go and pick up my pizza. Totally uncalled for
