Panda Express - Johnson City

The food is great and fast. The woman who works up front is always pleasant and has a great heart. This is one of my favorite restaurants I make a habit of visiting at least once a week.Food: 4/5

Don't know about all the negative reviews, this place is clean and well stocked. And all the staff were quick and friendly. On top of that, the food was tasty and hot. I got fried rice, orange chicken, broccoli beef, and an eggroll. If i lived closer, I'd decibel cube again.Food: 5/5

Stopped to eat here before shopping on a Saturday evening. We had to wait on part of my husband's order. The employee stated that she would bring it to us when it was ready. They forgot us and never brought the rest of his order. We had finished eating and needed to leave so I asked for a refund of the difference in what he got and what he had paid for. I was told they couldn't do a refund of any kind, but they could make us a to-go order. We had other errands in town and did not want food sitting in the vehicle for hours. She informed me I needed to call corporate if I wanted money back for something they never gave us. When I called the number provided, a message informed me they are only available Monday through Friday. Don't order anything from this place that is not already in sight!

First time I've ever been to panda express. The girl at the window acted miserable to start things off. Then I had to pull around to the front to wait on my food after sitting in line for 15 minutes. So a total of 30 minutes. Then I finally get my food and it was wrong, so I went back through the line and yet again had to wait over ten minutes for the problem to be corrected. Needless to say it's the last visit .

Not fond of hearing all the things they're out of before you even order. You show up expecting a full menu but that is seldom the case. If you have a group then someone is always disappointed. Seems like they would know that they are going to be serving food and defrost (or purchase or whatever) accordingly.
