011 Morningside - Johannesburg

During my first visit to the center, I found the park and surrounding environment a bit frustrating. However, I was pleasantly surprised upon arriving at the restaurant. The staff was friendly and the ambiance looked fantastic—reminding me of my recent trip to Bali! The gin menu earned a perfect 10/10 from all the ladies at the table, and the value for money on the dishes was exceptional. The highlight was definitely the mouthwatering desserts. It's a great place overall!

I've been to 011 a few times, and each experience has been enjoyable. The waitstaff are well-informed about the menu and attentive to customers. The food is excellent, and the restaurant draws a good crowd. Both the outdoor and indoor areas are lovely. There are secure parking options available, both above ground and underground, and security is always present. It’s a great spot for a relaxed outing.

I had an unforgettable meal at this restaurant. The gin cocktails are among the best I've ever had, and the atmosphere is perfect for enjoying time with friends. There's plenty to do here, making it a great place to spend an evening.

They have quite a comprehensive gin menu. The service wasn't the best though. We had to call the waiter for attention all the time, that in itself took an infinity. He got the orders wrong a few times. The food was good, not the best but decent. Would I recommend the place? Definitely not the 011 in Morningside.

The restaurant was extremely hot. All the doors were closed, and there was no air conditioning on. It was quite uncomfortable.
