Mcdonald's - Jersey City

Customer service and cleanliness is very good and food came really fast.one of very few McDonald’s I have visited this good and efficient. Good seating capacity and clean floors.

Hey, it's a McDonald's, so you know what you're getting as far as the menu is concerned. What we really want to know is what we're getting as far as the freshness of the menu and quality of workers. Nine times out of ten the food is great at this location, but I work in the food industry so i also know the best times to go to fast food places to get the fresh cooked fries! The workers have always been attentive and friendly at this location in my personal experience. I find myself skipping other McDonald's locations to go to this one instead because they have everything i appreciate from fresh cooked food to good employees to a very very clean dining room and a security guard who is very friendly but very firm in keeping out trouble makers.

A one star experience because of the rude manager became a five star experience due to the warm and kind hospitality shown by Mu the security guard. He welcomed us when we entered for us and opened the bathroom doors for us and replenished the diet coke fountain soda dispenser when it was not* working.

Alright service pretty fast employees are on point once the got my order wrong and when I returned they gave me 3 free hash browns as compensation

Always clean, worker's need to speak English! I am Hispanic but I believe if you work in America you have to at least try to speak English, when I go to other countries I make an effort to speak there language so show the same respect for the country you live in. Period
