Ordnete English fish and chips with a steak sandwich. Excellent pommes. Nice and crispy. I also saw a bottle of Blantons. I ordered a shot of whiskey neatly? great little diner with your typical food price. Great service. Beautiful ambience

Chicken and eggs with home cutlery and toast for only $9.99! The Florentine Ei Benedict is delicious. Totally worth it! Come back soon. Few days later, and the crab cake breakfast was ordered and it was delicious! Full-day breakfast, breakfast for dinner and it was really satisfying. Fast service and attentive waiter. Still can believe a good and filing mela for two is only $30 for a place near the waterfront and the railway station. I can see why it is one of the most popular restaurants. Update: It?s was one of my favorite local restaurants now after being fed here about five times in two months.

I love this place as I enter, the environment and design is absolutely amazing. It was full of people and I understood why. I just get a breakfast, me and my friend, and it was delicious, also they have a lot of great options for breakfast and safe for lunch or dinner. The attention by waitress was good and faster. Good time, too. Very recommended.

I recommend this restaurant. I went to breakfast the food and service was amazing. I love French toast and that was the hands down the best I ever had. The bread was sweet and crispy with the best apple cake. Our server was Arlene and she was so attentive and friendly. I would definitely come back

Sharing a celebratory luncheon with my nephew, family friends. Congrats to my nephew for graduating Rutgers University-Newark with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology minor in Creative Writing. City Diner is near the Jersey City waterfront. A beautiful day for a walk after lunch! I had a delicious BBQ rib sandwich, fries French onion soup. My nephew's girlfriend who is from Arkansas, tried the Jersey disco fries, which she claimed was delicious. Service was exceptional!
