Cafe Pilipino - Jersey City

The price is the highest among all the Filipino fast food that I have been to and the servers are very impolite and rude.

I only give 3 stars as they don't accept EBT. They also have a must spend $10 to use your card. The food is good, the bread is yummy and worth the almost expected wait.

Can you please put ginetaan and pork bbq on the DoorDash app to order?

My son and I are on a journey of exploring our roots of being Fil-ams and what better way than experiencing the food at Cafe Pilipino. We made the trek from Sparta in Sussex county and it was well worth the trip! We got there on a Saturday afternoon and only a few other patrons, which I don't mind because I don't like crowded spots. We were greeted by a big smile and healthy servings of chicken adobo, lumpia, rice and bistek. Completely satisfied and I called the rest of my family before we finished our meal to let them know we found a gem in the heart of Jersey City. Will be back for sure for the bakery side and the ube that we were too full for. Mabuhay.

I love this place. A lot of food and bakeries from Philippines to try !
