Yes Please Smash Burger

Outrageously good. Dripping (literally) with flavor. Best burger I’ve had in Portland at that price point, maybe period. Great owner, really cares about his craft. Simple, sustainable ingredients made with a lot of care and love… epitome of good Portland food.

The saltiness of the cheese overwhelms all other flavors of the thick burger. The smash burger was not even thin!! Regular burger. Also add the fact that sprite was $4 ! This is just another stab in the back. The fries and yes sauce were really good though, but the burger is on the border of unedible and edible

For the burger lovers this is a must visit food truck. I am a HUGE fan of the flavors in this burger. It is clear to me that the owner prepares the food with great care and uses high quality ingredients. The pickles create a unique and absolutely satisfying flavor profile. I got some tallow fries too, you get a big bag packed with fries and they are so flavorful and perfectly cooked. The homemade sauce is a brilliant take on fry sauce. I will be coming back with family and friends! Thank you for the best burger I have had in a very long time!

Holy freaking burger joint. This place is a must visit for burger aficionados and regular folk alike. This place knows their stuff and works hard to source the best of the best from the pickles, the beef to the ingredients in the HOMEMADE cheese sauce. You'll be hard pressed to find better quality burgers. And speaking of cheese sauce it runs off the patty when on the grill makes a little crunch on the outside of the burger. This little crunch is one of the tastiest things I can think of. I've had dreams of it every night since and would eat it as a chips if that were an option. And smash burgers can be dry but not these these are juicy perfection and the fries are crisp on exterior tender center just how fries should be. You must visit if in the area MUST!
