Incredible vegan recreations of some classic lunchbox treats (oatmeal cream pies! , Strawberry Funfetti and Mom’s Applesauce cake- with an assortment of savory hand pies, quiche and a few made to order brunch options. 1/2 and 1/2 Oat Milk : Speilman’s bagels with Tofutti cream cheese, and a solid assortment of scones muffins and cookies round out the grab and goes. Recently moved into the neighborhood and have already found my new favorite source for sweets. I've already tried all of their cookies and each one is made and designed so intentionally with the flavors and textures of the cookies. They clearly put in a ton of effort into making whatever cookie you are eating taste exactly how you want it to, if that makes sense!

We stumbled on Shoofly Bakery a few months ago. The coffee and pastries we got were delicious so I decided to order my husband’s birthday cake from there. We ordered via email, which was easy, staff responded promptly to each email. The cake was delicious! We are so excited to have such a wonderful go to vegan bakery in Portland. We’ll definitely go back.
