Nam Pa - Jennings Lodge

I got the chicken laab with purple glutinous rice (and cucumber slices), it was absolutely incredible!! Perfect flavor combo, textures, mix of chewy and crispy, fresh and wholesome. Could eat this every day for the rest of my life.

This place is delicious. Hmong food is hard to find in PDX. I am from the twin cities, MN, where Hmong culture/food/people are part of what makes home, home. This food made me miss home! I got the Larb with purple sticky rice. I will be back!

Tried this place for the first time. Loved the curry and stuffed chicken. And I can't forget the brussel sprouts, they were so tasty.
