Papa John's Pizza - Jefferson City

For some reason someone decided it smart to put the marinara sauce in the box upside down..... so I guess it was useless to even pay for a extra when it spills all inside the box........

From out of town visiting family placed an order online, had no problems with my address, everything went thru then about 15 min later o got a call from the store manager Chris, who asked for my address and said I didnt add it and I told him I had put it in and had no issues but I could just give it to him over the phone and when I did he went ln saying, yeah we don't deliver that far there store is less than 10miles from where I'm staying I replied with well then just refund my order he said okay but I'm pretty sure you've already called and I've already told you that but you placed your order anyway he said this in the most unprofessional condescending tone I have ever heard, I told him I was from out of town and I had not called before and he literally just said okay have a good day and hung up, no apology for accusing me of harassing them or even a sorry we couldn't fulfill your order. I could get door dash to bring me my pizza why would I Harris's them to deliver it ?? I door dashed little Cesar's instead they will never get my or my family's business again

I live 5 1 2 miles from this Papa John's. Use to order delivery all the time with no problems, Now all of a sudden I live to far away from them to have it delivered.

I always receive such warm hospitality when I visit. I'm grateful for their kindness. The food is consistently excellent.

The bearded gentleman and the blonde lady are always incredibly kind and helpful. As someone with a disability, I appreciate them bringing my pizza out to my car. This place is top-notch! A+A+A+ Thank you!
