Ordered an iced coffee online and had to wait another 10 mins when I got to the store .There were people that walked in ordered and received their food but mine was nowhere in sight.The employee was literally walking around with a homemade beauty face mask on . Walking past the order tickets .It was surreal to watch. All 4 customers had to tell them that they placed orders online or at the kiosk. That's when they walked over to the multiple order printouts. I ordered a Matcha Latte With Less Ice, just to come in for a SECOND time to catch another employee filling my Large cup with ice cubes ALL the way to the TOP… I’ve already spent $6 dollars and it’s not just for a cup of Ice … and YESMIN’s only response was that she already put powder on the ice… like HUH?!?! Do I look like I care that you put probably 10 cents worth of Match powder on the ice cubes???? There wasn’t even Milk in the Cup! … check your cameras around 3:35pm
