Steak 'n Shake - Jacksonville

Burger was good, but my fists were old, but I guess eating at 3:00, what I could expect.

It's good to order a milkshake, which you can drink through your own straws. I'm sick and my throat is on fire, everything I wanted was a milkshake. Sure it comes with a spoon, but I drive and if I wanted a bowl of ice, I would have ordered one. Milkshakes should be able to be drunk by a straw. I may be a bit sensitively ill, but the shake is in the name of your restaurant and you have failed. I will let you know how it tastes when I can, as it was 20min and still can drink it

Eating is always hot in my experience and for the price its really good love the seasonal burgers are always delicious.

I spent 20 minutes on a line that never moved. Bad business if you go through a ride that never goes through.

Long wait in the drive thru but it was lunch time. I enjoyed the #5 with nutella shake. Yum yum
