Starbucks - Jacksonville

Great experience. Brought my daughter in on her birthday and they gave her a cake pop! Staff is very patient and kind. Thank you!

The Most Disrespectful Employee I have ever come across at ANY Starbucks locations... Closed store 10 mins early refused to serve guest. Then at a different date Time Gives Guest orders they didn't order and chargers them more. Insist on this is what they need to pay I believe she pockets the extra money she is charging. Talks about the guest to other employees. Proceeds to argue with Guest instead of giving them the Correct drink !!! Starbucks really needs to reevaluate THIS employee She is giving a Bad Rep. for this company.I will NOT return to this Location Again on Monument Rd. Completely Disappointed!!

I was discriminated against by the black boy that works in this location. Caucasian women that worked there had more respect than he did.I greeted everyone upon arriving into this location. He served 3 people that came after me and I was right there waiting for someone to acknowledge that I am a customer.When I approach the Caucasian girl ,she took care of me ,the only problem was she gave me the wrong order.I experience prejudice from someone that had the same skin color that I have. My curls was not on display but my straight hair was. My shirt is $75 so it was not because of my outer appearance. He is just rude .Highly disappointed.

Some menu items are regularly out of stock, but staff is friendly and atmosphere is always clean and inviting.

This has been one of my favorite starbucks over the years, #1 the drive through line is always quick, there's a young gentleman named Cameron usually doing the drive-thru he is just great deserves a raise they always make the drinks perfectly! Only complaint would be they leave a little over an inch of room on my latte many times, but that is all. Sadly I moved so will miss the service here.
