Sashimi Fusion Japanese Cuisine

I wanted this review to be great however the food and poor service that I received wouldn't allow it. I'll start with it is a beautiful restaurant as far as aesthetic appeals. The service was very disappointing. I had a very friendly young lady that didn't mind helping me however the manager told her to take care of someone else.. the manager was my server and didn't seem to have time to assist me. I stayed and had lunch and that was so disappointing. It took him a while to get back to me. When my sushi arrived I had no sauce or anything. I asked for shrimp sauce and another dish for my soy sauce.. that took a minute to get it back to me. The sushi was not tasty at all. Even my shrimp tempura roll was bland. I ended up having a terrible stomach ache after eating here. I was very dissatisfied with my visit.

Came here based on a recommendation from friends. Not the best and not the worst we've ever had. Not a fan over imitation crab, and it was saturating our plates. Paying $100 for imitation seafood just feels ....stupid. Ginger salad was watery, miso was grainy and lacked flavor. Waitress was attentive and friendly however Three stars at best. We must have hit the early dinner crowded bc mostly all the workers were hanging out at the sushi bar on their phones.

A bit on the expensive side but the rolls were tasty. Only one waitress the day we visited but she was super friendly and was very attentive, kept insuring us that she'll be right with us as soon as possible. Didn't mind the wait as it was our first time there so we got a chance to review the menu and make a better choice of what we wanted. Nice for a date night or first date.

Jaelyn was our server, and she did an outstanding job! We loved the food and the atmosphere! If you decide to visit, definitely ask for her—she's amazing!

The interior of the restaurant is surprisingly pleasant, much better than you might expect from its exterior. There's ample space, and everything is clean. While the sushi rice was a bit sweeter than I usually like, the freshness and quality of the rolls and fish were impressive. The rolls were on the thinner side, but the sweeter rice actually complemented the flavors nicely, making for a well-balanced meal.
