Planet Smoothie - Jacksonville

I placed an order on Sunday 12-31-23 at 9am because your store was supposed to be open at 9am even with it being New years eve. As I approached the store at about 9:20am I noticed it was dark inside so I waited for about 15 to 20 more minutes, as i was waiting I looked up the contact info to your store got the corporate customer service email and proceeded to explain to corporate that I paid for items online and drove 30 mins round trip out of my way because your's was the only store advertised to be open at 9am and when I got there it wasn't open even though there were TWO signs posted on the windows stating it was supposed to be open at 9am. I just want my money back and I won't be back!

Staff was kind and helpful and place was clean but man was the bowl disappointing. Definitely premade and the fruit was definitely a day over ripe and portions were small.

The staff here was super friendly and helpful, making several suggestions to my friend and I, while being awesome overall. Loved the selection and my mango protein smoothie was delicious.

Thank you Chris Sarah for your excellent service and the warm welcome.We got their recommendations and it was delicious.We will be back!It is a must go!

Have tried to come here on 3 separate occasions during their business hours, and always closed even though the sign says open.
