Eating was great, prices were reasonable, service was disorganized

While the restaurant shows an available menu, if you go for lunch the only option they allow is the buffet. That said, the food was very good and there were lots of vegetarian and non-veg options available. Items on the buffet were well flavored, not overly spicy.

Food was very good but service was very slow and seemed most could not speak English to effectively help answer questions about the menu. Took over an hour to get food.

We had a wonderful first dining experience on Valentine's Day at Maa Kitchen Indian Restaurant. The selection on the menu was extensive. The food was excellent! The prices were very reasonable. The service we received was extremely personal and attentive. I believe this will be one of our favorite restaurants in the Jacksonville area!

The food was good as was the service. They definitely need to get another bartendar. The lady that came over was very unprofessional. She could not make a martini, and when I tried to tell her, she didn't listen. My grandson ordered an old-fashion. She didn't know how to make that either. Her hair was very long and she kept twitching it about. Not a good idea where food is being served. She made us a moscow mule, and rather than embarassing her, we ordered it. Not a good experience.
