M Shack Riverside - Jacksonville

The only thing better than the Insanity Burger and the Pommes were the outstanding customer service. Mr. Royce was very attentive to our drinks and other service-related needs. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant and the craft brew selection was at the point. This institution has done very well in the areas where many companies seem to fail. Thanks for a fantastic lunch!

OMG!!! Italian Meatloaf Burger was great as the Taco Fries and Onion Rings! The staff was very friendly and atmosphere great inside and outside. We had margaritas who were pretty good and were not weak. I will definitely try the grilled Cheeseburger again!

My favorite places to go. Best sandwiches in Jacksonville and everything is well made and handmade. No corners cut everything is always delicious and cooked for perfection. Never have to wait long if ever and always have a great time. Always care for good, the employees love the atmosphere. Make sure to try the pig bell when you come, as well as the crazy monster burgers that only a burger between two grilled cheeses.

The first time on MShack. We were greeted with friendly staff and our food came faster than a ride. Great. Had the M Burger (her signature) and it was good, but smaller than I expected and nothing extra special. Chocolate shake to wash it was delicious, but I was super disappointed, there was no whipped cream or cherry. Minus 1 star. Clean bathroom and cool environment. It's probably worth a stop.

I was a little confused on how to order when I came in. It looks like a sit down restaurant since it has a bar, but it is more like a fast food ordering system. They have the folded menus up front but no large printed menu to look at, which is strange. The decor is modern industrial and very clean. There are even fabric napkins and silverware! Our cashier was SO friendly and enthusiastic. I was surprised to be asked how I would like my hamburger cooked, which is amazing that they even ask. Service was quick and friendly. My M burger was delicious and chocolate shake phenomenal. The only thing missing was some whipped cream on top. I ordered the parmesan truffle fries which were amazing! Overall a great place!
