El Potro Mexican - Jacksonville

This restaurant isn't very far from our home, so we occasionally walk here for lunch or dinner. It's probably our second favorite spot after La Nop. It's a Mexican buffet, which is great when you're unsure of what to choose. It allows you to sample a variety of dishes. I didn't really like it at first, but it has improved a lot since then.

The food is consistently served hot and fresh, and the staff is exceptional.

This is my go-to spot for authentic Mexican cuisine; it has consistently been a fantastic place for at least 20 years.

This is a fantastic place! It's very clean, and the food is amazing.

Dined late afternoon on a Tuesday. Got fast friendly service. Drinks chips on the table in less than 5 minutes. Ordered the Enchiladas Verde. Decent serving for the money quite good. It definitely kills that craving for south of the border!
