Denny's - Jacksonville

When we approached the manager to file a complaint, she was immediately defensive. She tried to explain that the sausage comes pre-cooked and only needs to be heated up. I understand that, but it should not be pink inside or served cold. Even if it comes pre-cooked, it still needs to be properly cooked. I know I could do a better job than they did, using real ingredients—like actual eggs. The manager finally offered us a 20% discount, but that doesn't change our experience. We will definitely not be coming back, and my partner had to discard the unappetizing food.

We will never be here again! only $30 spent and eat less than 4 bites. When our food came to the table, all our flesh was cold, as it was a cold one! the sausage was still pink on the inside, huh?! the French toast was a ugly and disgusting nonsense. I wanted to vomit the last 30 minutes, and it gets worse and worse, seriously, the most disgusting meal we had ever tried to eat. the manager has done nothing better, just always done talking. Oh, eating is pretty boiled. ya, cooked eating is not completely boiled, they still have to cook. it is as if they had taken our food from the packaging and sprinkled it on our tellers. once again we will never walk here again!

Oh my, what should I say? Well, the outside of the building was running and dirty. there were graffiti in areas, including walls and walking. the landscape building was full of weeds and landscape plants have not been looked after for years. most were dead or dying. there were two homeless outside the building. when entering the building, the opposite looked dirty and smells stale. areas of the deck were stained and water was condensed and dripping from the air conditioning system. it was a bit warmer in the interior of the building than what was comfortable. eating was not bad. the server has made them best. music playing in the restaurant was more attractive for a young crowd than the 75 percent of customers who were much older than the amount that was recorded. when visiting the lady toilet there were two of three stands that are not used. it was dirty. my man went to the men's bathroom and there was a homeless one that bathed from the sink. it took a long time to get our food and once we had to wait for the bill to pay and go. After we left the load, we both watched a man approaching us. he also appeared homeless and asked for money on a penetrating wise and not a comfortable distance from us. we will never return to this restaurant again. the overall experience was uneasy to say the least.

The lady named ana was very attentive and friendly. very professional. I recommend this place 100.

Saturday I ordered a beyond burger, but when I got home there was an omlet in the bag. My husband grabbed the bag the girl said here's your beyond burger so he never looked. So, I ate some of the 7 onion rings they gave me. Which would have been part of the meal that I paid $17 for. I started calling them because at this time its 9:55 pm. I was just going to call and get a refund. As a vegetarian I feel, if they can't tell the difference between an omlet and a burger, for sure they can't tell the difference between a beyond burger and a regular beef burger. Anyway after trying to call them for 15 min over and over with no answer, I figured I should drive up to get a refund. By now I am highly upset. When I get there, they aren't very sympathetic and say they can't give me a refund only the district manager can. Which wouldn't be in till the next day. If they would have answered the phone, then I wouldn't have had to waste 35 min and gas money driving there. Yeah not happy with Denny's. They really owe me more than a refund. I just tried calling again.. no answer. trued calling corporate... recording said call hold times are long try your call again and hung up.
