Quality Inn Jacksonville Near Little Rock Air Force Base

About the hotel I didn’t have many complaints besides the walls and ceiling being pretty thin and being woken up by the sound of people waking around/talking The rooms were pretty humid and it was either really hot or really cold. For the price I think it is worth it. The staff is patient and helpful. However the main problem I had was when I realized I had lost an article of clothing that was rather expensive and while I was still in town I came back to retrieve it. The desk employee was really nice and helped us locate it but I was disappointed to find out it had been thrown away by housekeeping. The patient employee at the desk allowed us to retrieve it as the bags were near the top but when we looked in there we noticed there were tons of clothes thrown away. I personally think they should be entered and lost and found and even maybe donated locally instead of thrown away, but other than that it was a nice trip.

Despite encountering issues such as burnt-out light bulbs, a malfunctioning telephone, and a broken chair, our stay at the hotel was pleasant due to the friendly and helpful staff who promptly addressed our concerns. The lack of an elevator in the two-story building was inconvenient for carrying luggage, but not a major issue. Overall, the excellent service provided by the staff outweighed the minor issues we experienced.

Wonderfully clean rooms with everything u could think of and the breakfast was the greatest part !!! MmmmFood drinks: I mean the breakfast was delicious they even have a waffle iron with a batter dispenser for it

Decent hotel. Bed was good, water was hot. The were under construction while we were there but it did not interfere. The breakfast left a lot to be desired though. Great value!

Very nice overnight stay! Quiet and spacious room. Comfortable bed and very quiet HVAC! Going through a remodeling and they were installing wallpaper and hallway trim as we were leaving. Did not have their breakfast as we had to go to the airbase.
