Taco Bell - Jackson

The employees at this taco bell are lazy and will have you waiting 30 minutes on two tacos and you'll be the only customer there. Happens alot at this location which is sad since it's the closest one to me.Food: 2/5

If i could give no stars I would. This Taco Bell location is terrible I asked for ONE TACO MEAT AND CHEESE ONLY for my daughter. They gave us a taco Supreme TWICE! Then when we went back in to ask for a meat and cheese taco they gave us a soft shell tortilla with LETTUCE ONLY!!! I AM EXTREMELY DISPLEASED AND WILL NOT EVER SPEND MY MONEY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

Ordered seamlessly online through the app and it was ready when I arrived. Food was fabulous as always… when you want Taco Bell you gotta have Taco Bell!!! ?My 1st time trying the Mexican pizza that everyone raves about... unfortunately it was placed in the bottom of the bag with the 6 tacos and 6 burritos on top. When I arrived home, the pizza was smashed from the weight of the other food and most of the toppings were stuck to the top of the box it came in ? . So I really still do not know what the Mexican pizza tastes like...perhaps another day ? ?‍

Spent 40 bucks on a meal for my family and over half the order is missing. Didn't notice till I returned home, 20 minutes away and now I can't even get any one to answer the store phone..we all mess up from time to time,I know I do they were busy busy but come on y'all, let's focus a bit more.

Lobby locked at 5:45 PM on a Saturday and we saw workers sitting inside, so we went to the drive-thru window. We sat there for a couple minutes and were never acknowledged even though we were the only customers there. Finally gave up on getting food there.
