Sail N' Surf Cafe - Isle of Wight

I typically only write positive reviews, but I feel the need to mention how rude the staff is at this restaurant. We brought our dog and, like another review mentioned, we asked for some water for our pet and even offered to pay for it. However, we were met with a flat-out refusal and a sour attitude. It's a shame because the restaurant is located in a beautiful beach setting. I don't understand why such unwelcoming people work in the hospitality industry.

My wife asked the waitress if she could fill a bottle of water for our dog, but she bluntly said no. I then asked another waitress who complained that it was not her job, but eventually she filled the bottle with water. The whole experience with the staff was unnecessary, unfriendly, and very unpleasant.

This place is located in best location on the beach of shanklin and consists of an eiskack and a small caffe. our first station was for ice, there were many taste directions to choose, in consideration of the situation the prices were appropriate. there is a number of tables where the moats are sitting. our second visit was for a lunchtime meal, I ordered a cheese and ham plower lunch somewhat expensive at just £10.00 there was a big piece cheese two or three slices sink and a mountain salat. the service was a bit slow, but that only meant that we had more time to sit and take the look and hide the tan. a beautiful place to sit and watch the world over.

On this small but wonderfully located small caffe on the beach of shanklin. after the review it was dog-friendly, my man took a seat on the view of the beach while I ordered and paid at the theke. decent breakfast eating and coffee with the perfect view....Favourite!

We had morning coffee and lunch later for two consecutive days. Excellent service and they bring the food to your table. Our meals were served with salad garnish in a bowl and a few crisps in a bowl. Tasty meals and reasonably priced. A cup...of tea for a pound. Marvellous. Try it. Opposite the lift on the beach side. Cash only.
