Papa Johns Pizza - Irving

SERVICE is terrible. I placed an order online and they left 1 topping. I called the manager, she did it herself and it was right. I didn't tell her online, I can read it back to you and she told me no, it was right and argued with me. I told her I could put the pressure in your store and prove it was wrong. She said I won't do anything. She ruined our dinner and REFUSED to MAKE IT RIGHT after she said I was rude to her. Yes I was rude because she always told me it wasn't right. A ESSAGE to the idner you needed to reach a new MANAGER! She's RUDE, and you're moving to do something!

A large 3 topping pizza ordered? I came home with the pizza and a topping was missing. She called the manager (Ragina) and she argued with my wife and insisted that the order was correct. Manager REFUSED to do everything. We had our receipt, which proves what we ordered. And told her we'd put it in the store. She didn't interrupt because I didn't do anything I mean, wow!

Couldn't order online and asked for their support in the store. Super friendly and pizza (in typical PJ quality) was ready only in 10mins

Always go here when you fly or fly into town. Get the order and go on. Quality is great. Food: 5/5
