Benihana Las Colinas Tx - Irving

The host was rude, we waited for an hour to sit on a table and 30 minutes on our waiter! we have set ourselves in front of us and we had made a reservation. our reservation was at 20 o'clock, we left at 10:30 o'clock. we just got a good service from our cook!

We were in the city for an event and wanted to try this place. we made a reservation and when we arrived, we were told that we were not sitting until our whole party was present. my man has a parking lot. that would have been good, except that our place was given to someone else and we spent another 20 minutes waiting, although he was less than 30 seconds behind him. once we sat, no one came to welcome us for another 15 minutes. the table spent a majority of the meal on looking for our server, so we drink refills and waited the duration of the experience for just over everything. from the arrival to the departure it was a little over 2 hours that was not expected. we will probably not be back.

For our lunch service the service was almost unavailable. the waitress has taken over our orders. the suppe and the drinks dropped. no refills were offered on our drinks. our chef was scattered and did not follow what we ordered. I ordered the sesame chicken and the mushrooms. he never made the mushrooms and there was no sesame with my huh. he was extremely slow. When he came to cook and serve our deserving, the rest of our food was cold. at the end of the completion of our meal we were not offered to order dessert just during our examination. it was a very disturbing experience.

The manager and staff was friendly, the waitress was nice and provided good service.

Went for a late lunch with the family and luckily it wasn’t busy we went right in to our table waitress was very attentive to us our chef was one of the best we’ve had so far there.
