Mcdonald's - Indianapolis

I stop there almost every morning at the 96th and Meridian location and Zoy is always cordial and polite and very efficient. The morning crew is always great and is always clean and smells clean and smell like breakfast. I appreciate Zoy's great customer service she provides and my food is always fresh and she makes my Ice Carmel Macchiato just the way I like it.

Always fast service in the drive through and they are always busy. Always courteous staff. But today was exceptional. I drove through and ordered, but a family member had been in an accident and was on the way to St. Vincent 86th St Hospital, so I was understandably distracted. I drove off. I realized I hadn't any food when I headed off the parking lot, so I went back in. It was still hot and I had no problem getting my breakfast. They are very kind here.

Most of the employees are friendlyish, but it's usually fast service and good food.
