Acapulco Joe's Mexican Foods

One reviewer hit the nail on the head: the salsa has an unpleasant flavor reminiscent of a blend of salsa and spaghetti sauce. The rest of the meal was passable, but it lacked authenticity and was quite bland. Overall, I definitely didn't think it was worth the $12 I spent on lunch.

Not only is the food delicious, but the service is outstanding. I can always count on getting back to the office on time because the waitstaff is consistently attentive and efficient. I’m really glad to share my love for this fantastic restaurant. I've introduced many friends to it, and even my family shares my enthusiasm. I hope Acapulco Joe's is around for another 50 years!

The food here is absolutely amazing, and the service is exceptional, thanks to the wonderful waitress named Mary.

The restaurant was average. The food doesn’t really reflect authentic Mexican cuisine. I'd prefer Taco Bell over this place any day. Having lived in California and Mexico, I know what real Mexican food should taste like. They couldn't even make decent salsa, which is hard to believe! It tasted more like spaghetti sauce than anything else.

I have always been a fan of Acapulco Joe's downtown, and I’ve loved it every time I've visited. The only thing I don't particularly care for is the salsa. While it lacks texture, I still think it tastes good.
