You really can't rate memories with stars, can you? I’m giving it a 4 simply because... well, those memories. I miss Iligan City!
The food is excellent, the atmosphere is calming, and the customer service is top-notch.
My family and I have been loyal patrons of Zoeyans since Doreen opened the very first location. We absolutely love the food and appreciate the reasonable prices. My husband can't get enough of the new tiramisu!
