The overall experience was decent. I waited about 30 minutes for two pupusas and two tacos. I was a bit taken aback when my food arrived on Styrofoam plates. I ordered the pollo and abodado tacos—while the meat was well-seasoned, the corn tortillas were quite thin and didn’t hold up very well. I also tried the chicharrón and bean cheese pupusas. They had good flavor, but they were larger than what I typically expect.

Stopped by for a quick first-timer bite and was impressed with their offerings. I ordered a adobada taco with a loroco and queso pupusa, which were all very tasty. The order took a little bit so be patient with the small wait because it'll be worth it. Also, please note that they have moved off Broadway and closer to the river between Snow Eagle and the West Bank Hotel. Look for the dark blue trailer. Grab your order to go, cross the street, and sit on the grass or a picnic table and enjoy your meal.

They have relocated! NEW ADDRESS: 465 River Parkway, Idaho Falls, Idaho. This food cart is situated at the end of the shared business parking lot. There’s plenty of space with picnic tables available if you prefer to eat outside your car. The service was excellent, though be prepared to wait a little while as they prepare your freshly made pupusas. We ordered the chicken and cheese, and the pork, cheese, and bean varieties. Personally, I preferred the pork, cheese, and bean option. I hope you enjoy your visit!
